The new HEMA concept revolves around experience worlds. HEMA Hoofddorp has recently undergone a major metamorphosis into these experience worlds. This way you can find everything for the kids in the kids-world and the entire snack corner has been renewed.
The HEMA in Hoofddorp was completely renovated in 13 weeks. They carried through the HEMA Global concept. Stores around the world are being converted to these themes.
According to HEMI, the hospitality concept is the showpiece itself.
HEMI store design has worked here with 3 shades:
Pippy oak wood
Tiled look with white fish bone and black lines.
This was first shown as an internal test setup.
”With this test setup we give our customers a tangible result, so that they know what they are investing in. Everything revolves around experiences” said Martin Oostdijk.
The stores are Hema’s calling card. More than 4 million consumers visit one of the more than 600 stores of the Hema every week. By offering a total concept, you go along with the consumer experience. Tackling the food court was therefore an extra step towards the ultimate experience.
HEMA Hoofddorp is a real family business. The Van der Weijden family and their HEMA have been at the center of the Hoofddorp community for more than 45 years. The 3rd generation is ready to take over the helm in the foreseeable future. The HEMA continues to develop but maintains its basic concept of top quality and good prices. The HEMI store layout is fully in line with this.
The next HEMA project is already on the design table. The food corner and take away for HEMA Eindhoven will be realized in the 1st quarter of 2020.
